I was so excited to receive the ARC of this book and it definitely lived up to the hype! The author states, "If you are making your journey in a hurry, you are making it poorly," and I would agree-this book needs to be savored slowly. Stayed up late finishing an ARC of Trapped Scholastic sent me. This book was fast paced and had a great voice. (A HS sophomore boy.) Breakfast Club with higher stakes! Clever packaging too-the snow was piled higher each chapter.

After frantically doing revisions for three days staright, I'm happy to annouce my manuscript , Momma Don't Own a Machine Gun, has been sent to my publisher, Brighter Books! Hooray! Which means I can spend this snow day creating profiles on websites, reading, and venturing out for Mexican food :) May even fire up the TIVO and watch V. Now, if the sun would come out and I could get this crazy cardinal to stop beating himself to death against my living room window, it'd be a perfect day.
