The Summer of Skinny Dipping

Sixteen year-old Mia has sworn off romance for good in the wake of her breakup with a cheating boyfriend. She’s hoping that a summer on the Long Island shore with her glamorous cousins will take her mind off her troubles and allow her to relive idyllic childhood summers past. But when she arrives in East Hampton, her cousins are distant, moody, and caught up with a bad crowd…and Mia finds soon herself lonelier than ever.

Things change, however, when Mia meets the mysterious boy living in the summer rental next door. Simon is unlike the hard-partying guys her cousins seem obsessed with; he’s funny, artistic, and utterly adventurous. And from the very first time he encourages Mia to go skinny-dipping, she’s caught up in a current impossible to resist, no matter how hard she tries…

I will work on a review but I have to say that I was overwhelmed by what seemed to be a quick summer read. I read it quickly because I couldn't put it down that's for sure.

I absolutely loved this book! And since I'm enjoying my summer in the hospital, it was a wonderful way to escape and relax! My review will be up shortly! How come none of the authors ever come to the East Coast! We love you too!! xoxx Park-Avenue Princess. Find me at www.ParkAvePrincess.com

Hi friends,
If anyone has friends in Portland, OR (or lives in Portland), I'll be appearing at the Barnes and Noble Clackamas (on 82nd), June 19, at 7pm to celebrate The Summer of Skinny Dipping (and --lets hope-- to celebrate the appearance of summer itself here in my rainy home of PDX). Please come if you're around!

This looks like such a cute book. I love the plot line and the whole aspect of skinny dipping within it. I can't wait until this will be released and then I'll be at Borders purchasing it.
